Explore our partnerships and projects over the last 7 years, from financial inclusion and therapeutic interventions to innovative start-up groups.

Over the last 7 years we have partnered with organisations across Sheffield, such as Age UK, Ignite Imaginations, SOAR, Sheffield Mind, Reach South Sheffield, The Lai Yin Association and PWLC. These partnerships have been invaluable in our mission to tackle loneliness and social isolation and, ultimately, make Sheffield a great place to grow older in.

Wellbeing Practitioners - Sheffield Mind

Wellbeing Practitioners provided 1-1 counselling and group therapy for people aged 50 and over. The project engaged an age group which has historically been less likely to access therapy by adapting and doing therapy differently...

Start Up - Ignite Imaginations

Start Up supported Sheffield's over 50s to develop and set up an idea, project or group in local communities. The project has left behind a legacy of self-sustaining peer groups.
