Partnerships and projects
Explore our partnerships and projects over the last 7 years, from financial inclusion and therapeutic interventions to innovative start-up groups.
Over the last 7 years we have partnered with organisations across Sheffield, such as Age UK, Ignite Imaginations, SOAR, Sheffield Mind, Reach South Sheffield, The Lai Yin Association and PWLC. These partnerships have been invaluable in our mission to tackle loneliness and social isolation and, ultimately, make Sheffield a great place to grow older in.
“I’ve met some really great people and seen the impact of long-term , holistic, person-centred work.” – Lewis Bowman, Reach South Sheffield
